Moby Dick

“Not the same instant; not the same – no, the gold coin is mine, Fate reserved the gold coin for me. I only! I am the only one that could have seen the White Whale first! There she blows! There she blows again! Lower me quickly and get all the boats ready!” ordered Captain Ahab.
Soon all the boats except Starbuck’s were in the water. We rowed towards Moby Dick and the ocean grew smoother. We could see Moby Dick. He did not seem to notice us, but moved slowly in the calm water. Above his white head sea birds flew in circles. It was a peaceful and beautiful scene. No wonder some whalers had thought they could attack and kill Moby Dick.
